Why is my exact report never public? People choosing somewhere to fall back to rarely want it published. Only a generalised summary of a cell of about five square kilometres joins the public map.
What happens if a report fails? Its credits go back to your balance automatically, and you can run it again.
Can I cancel a plan? Plans are monthly. Cancel whenever you like and keep the credits you already have.
